Learn skills in The Sims Social

We know many of you are getting frustrated not getting The Sims Social to play yet but we have to admit that every little bit more information gets us even more excited for this new Facebook game.
This time The Sims Social reveals one more game feature – learning skills. In the Sims Social, our Sims will be able to learn new skills and pursue passions just like we do in our real life. To become an expert our Sims will have to practice it a lot but you can’t become an expert in one night, right?
There will be a lot of skills to choose from in the game. It’s already known playing guitar like a rockstar and cooking like a top chef will be definitely one of those.
What skill would you love to practice in The Sims Social?

I’ve reached level 14 in cooking skills and now the options I see for cooking with the microwave seem to be all yellowed in, as if used up, even though I can continue cooking with the microwave. However, I want to reach level 15 so I can buy a real stove. How would I do that?

You will have unlocked a coffee machine by now which has products to cook which will improve your level from the microwave on. You could also try to create a barbeque which can improve your level as well.
Thank You!!! Emanuel.. I was getting so frustrated because I couldn’t figure it out.. I had bought a grill but couldn’t seem to collect all the things I needed to build it. I would have never guessed to try the coffee pot!!
hey im having abit of trouble how do i reach cooking skill 10, to achieve one of my goals, i have done all the cooking skills but dont no how to get to skill 10 in cooking, please help me, cant even get the cooker until i reach cooking skill 10
I am having a hard time with promotions I am at the end of promotion 2 where you have to sell burgers at a fair 3 times, and I have to Pick out Pickles to 2 stars….where is this fair that I am supposed to go to and how do I get to it. I have looked every where and none of my facebook friends are that high in thier carrer to know what to do. Thank you so much

hi, ive been playing a little while and am currently level 12. ive chose chef as career and just cant seem to manage to get and cooking skill? iv got the cooker and press the cook and eat all the time but the skill level never seems to raise. its been driving me mad. how do you get cooking skill!!!!
