When you go to Build mode in The Sims Social you may have noticed a little tab that says Specials. Specials are items that might be new and items reduced in cost. Specials can also be items that normally cost SimCash that are temporarily worth Simoleons. Sometimes when you buy a special with Simoleons wait until the item is not a special anymore it will increase your house value.
Use these tips if you want a better price on items and when you would like to increase your house value.
