If you already got these bonuses, through an email from EA or clicking on a link on the PlayFirst Sims Social chat board or from the game’s Facebook page or any other way, then you won’t be able to claim the gift again.

Did you click links directly from the boards? Sometimes the links on here are slightly delayed, so you may have already gotten these. Thats the only time I have issues …

you have to be careful because sometimes these are published multiple times on different sims social sites.Maybe you are right and you didnt claim it,but i have noticed if you claim it on another site then you can not claim it again on another.These free giveaways of simoleons and all have always worked for me!!

you do know these are just links they find elsewhere right? they are the same offers that can be received via the sims social facebook page, or the forum, or the official newsletter. so if you’ve already claimed them from one of those places, they wont work a 2nd time.
i agree ryan, i just tried to claim one of the prizs at the top and it says i already claimed it hwen i know i didnt yet
i agree with them all i cant claim half of the prizes that u guys give out cuz half the time is says i already have claimed it, can u please fix this, cuz there may be something i really need and want to get it, whats the use of giving these out if we cant get them wether we claimed them or not
