Every time I try to buy the Parisian book case an error message pops up that says “OOPS, WE’VE HIT A SNAG, PLEASE RELOAD.” I’ve tried 7 times and the same thing happens.
I have exactly the same problem and no idea how to solve it.

I have a problem for the quest ‘French Connection’. I’m on my sixth step, and I have to do French kiss interactions, but I can’t do it with anyone?? I’ve tried all the people who are my friends and it didn’t work. Please fix this, I worked so hard to try to complete it.
I love the fact that this website is giving these free item to the players (especially the ones that are difficult to obtain). But the one thing that is quite frustrating to me is whenever I click on a link and the next screen says that it’s “expired.” I just don’t understand why the website (or the people that run it) don’t just take them down.
