The Sims Social – New Items from The Hounted Easel!
Posted by in TipsMastering skills is one of the most rewarding activities while playing The Sims Social game. As Halloween season gets near its culmination we would like to take a closer look at the unlockable items from The Hounted Easel skill item.
Once you achieve every Skill Level on The Hounted Easel skill item you will be rewarded with a Golden Version of The Haunted Easel! What is more completing certain Skill Levels unlocks Halloween paintings and pictures all of which you can find below! In order to master The Hounted Easel skill item you will need Glass Eyes, Fear, Toads as well as Trick and Treats.

Its so unfair that the coolest one (Poe’s portrait) its with SimCash only =(
..yes.. totally agree.. I tried hard to complete the task only to find out I have to pay real money for this virtual, but lovely, portrait of mr Poe.
I definitely agree. I don’t have real money to be spending on a game to get Sims cash. All the supposed offers to claim (you do a lot of things to receive Sims cash) have all been bogus thus far. Something that would be very cool is if they will offer free Sims cash at some point on their free page.
would be nice as we unlock them we could get them for free since the easel had so many issues in the beginning
i wanted to say same! we’re painting and painting. loosing ouir energy and time and we still need to use REAL MONEY to buy the paintings?? IT DEF NOT FAIR!
I’ve completed all levels. Unfortunately the ‘gold version’ doesn’t seem to be very gold. just a bit more yellow on the frame of the canvas on the easel than the other one.
i have to keep the old one out next to it so ppl can realise that there’s a difference.
I was expecting the whole thing to be wonderful gold =P I also wish that for the effort to unlock them, that all the pictures were purchasable for social points or simoleons

CAN’T AFFORD TO BUY SIM CASH AT THE MOMENT…SO ONLY THOSE WITH CASH TO SPARE WILL GET THE POE! REALLY NOT FAIR!
I don’t understand why the Sims Social creators don’t allow us to exchange social points or simoleons for sim cash. Those that have the cash to spare to purchase sim cash will still purchase it in order to get items more quickly and easy, and this gives those that don’t can’t afford sim cash the opportunity to purchase sim cash items. Something has to be done to equal this out, its ridiculous, really!
It would be a fair idea to give a sim cash for every level achieved. Many of those who play this game do so because they cannot afford to spend money on online games.

ah. i completed all the skills,got the gold version,where are the paintings available on the shop or somewhere else!? i just cnt find thm :O
Yes, I`ve also paint all the levels and have now the golden version, but if would be very nice when we get more paintingorders en yes when we level up plese reward us with cash.

Well I think the Sim Social staff are very smart, I totally agree that the best portraits should be Cash Items… Because they just worth that much, I mean, I got the Edgar’s portrait and it’s very large and gorgoeus, and they are like SUPER RARE because of that… So it’s totally fair as far as I am concerned. If I’m going to buy something with real money, it has to be more than awesome!! And OMG, they are fantastic. I do not regret buying it ^__^
But well I still trying to get my golden easel… T__T
I would really like to know what your to do if you werent able to get The Hounted Ease??? I wasnt around at the time to get it … Now how do i go about getting it ?????
I think there should be an option of how to buy it, because of how few people can get sim cash. You should be able to either buy with cash or simoleons. Its only fair.

I dont have goden version of haunted easel (i am only 1 mastery behind) but i have the golden version of haunted desk
I would like to know if it is still possible to get the hounted easel? I just got the haunted desk. It requires things from the easel to advance writing on it. Thanks.
